Get Your Quote
We'll look over what you've sent and come back with a price and a turnaround estimate. Most quotes come back within a day or two — if anything's unclear, we'll ask before quoting rather than guessing.
Into the Print Queue
Happy with the quote? Great — your piece joins the queue and we get printing. Simple, small pieces tend to move faster than large or highly detailed ones, purely because of print time.
Collect or Get It Delivered
Once your piece is printed, cleaned up and checked over, we'll arrange local pickup or delivery — whichever works better for you.

On Price
There's no fixed price list, because no two custom orders are really the same. What you pay depends on the size of the piece, the material used, how complex the shape is, and the finish you want. We'll always confirm a price with you before we print anything — nothing goes into the queue without your go-ahead.
On Turnaround
Turnaround depends on our current queue and how involved your piece is. Small, simple items are usually quicker to turn around than large or highly detailed ones. We'll give you a realistic estimate with your quote rather than a generic promise — and we'll let you know if anything changes along the way.

What materials do you print with?
Generally PLA, PETG or resin, depending on what the piece is for and how it'll be used. If you're not sure what's right for your idea, just ask — we're happy to recommend based on strength, finish and budget.
I don't have a 3D file — can you still help?
Yes, completely fine. Most of our customers don't. A clear description, a sketch, or a reference photo is usually enough for us to get started and work out what's possible.
Can I make changes before it's printed?
Absolutely — we'd rather get it right before printing than after. If something needs tweaking once you see the quote or a preview, just let us know and we'll adjust.
How do I actually place an order?
